Agape Studio provides consulting services in brand strategy, communication, art direction and content management. All services are quoted individually: no prices are displayed on this site, and no online sales take place here. Every project is subject to a written quote, accepted before any work begins.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — texts, visual identity, logo, illustrations, photographs, layout and code — is the exclusive property of Agape Studio, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

The "Agape Studio" name and logo may not be used without written consent.

5. Personal data

Agape Studio (details in §1) is the controller of the data collected through this site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018.

5.1 What the site collects on its own

This is a static site. It sets no analytics cookies, uses no advertising trackers and builds no visitor profiles. Simply browsing the pages therefore requires no prior consent.

5.2 Booking a call (Calendly)

Discovery call bookings are handled by Calendly LLC (United States). The information you provide — name, email address, chosen slot and any details you add — is processed in order to arrange our conversation.

• Legal basis: your request, i.e. pre-contractual steps taken at your initiative (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Retention: for the duration of our relationship, then 3 years after the last contact.
• Transfer outside the EU: Calendly is established in the United States and adheres to the Data Privacy Framework. See its privacy policy.

5.3 Newsletter

If you subscribe to the Agape letter, your email address is stored for the sole purpose of sending it to you.

• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), freely given at sign-up and then confirmed by a validation email (double opt-in).
• Purpose: sending the newsletter. No other use, no resale, no transfer to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Retention: until you unsubscribe, which takes one click from any email.
• Processor: sending is handled by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France), acting on behalf of Agape Studio. Your data is hosted in the European Union. See Brevo's privacy policy.

5.4 Direct contact

If you email or call me, your details and the content of your message are used only to reply and follow up on our exchange. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

5.5 Fonts

Display fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a technical connection to Google's servers and the transmission of your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

5.6 Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data at any time, as well as the right to withdraw your consent.

To exercise these rights, write to hello@agapestudio.be. You will receive a reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be.

6. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Only technical cookies may be set by Calendly when you use the booking module, by Brevo when you subscribe to the newsletter, and by the font service. You can configure your browser at any time to refuse or delete them.

7. Liability

The information published on this site is provided for guidance and may change without notice. Agape Studio does its utmost to ensure its accuracy but cannot guarantee it is free of error. Agape Studio cannot be held liable for the use made of it, nor for the content of third-party sites accessible via links from this site.

8. Applicable law

This notice is governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent Belgian courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
